Contact us as soon as possible. If the trailer hasn't already been reserved for another customer, we'll do our best to extend your rental.

We recommend reserving your trailer as early as possible, especially during busy seasons such as spring, summer, and fall.

While we sometimes have same-day or next-day availability, booking in advance gives you the best chance of securing the trailer and dates you want.

Yes!

Every H&W rental includes delivery and pickup within our service area.

We deliver to:

Our goal is to make trailer rental as convenient as possible.

H&W proudly serves customers throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, generally within about a 50-mile radius of Plaistow, NH.

If we've discussed the placement location beforehand and the area is safe and accessible, we can often deliver or pick up the trailer without you being present.

If you have special placement instructions, please let us know when booking.

Whenever possible, we'll place the trailer in the location you request, provided it is:

• Safe

• Accessible

• Relatively level

• Free of overhead obstructions

• Suitable for our delivery vehicle

If we have concerns about a location, we'll discuss alternatives with you before delivery.

Our dump trailers are commonly used for approved:

If you're unsure whether your material is acceptable, simply ask before loading.

For safety and environmental reasons, certain materials cannot be placed in our trailers.

For customers who want an easier cleanup, H&W offers optional disposal service with qualifying dump trailer rentals.

Current pricing includes:

$600

Includes disposal of up to 1.5 tons

Additional weight:

$150 per additional ½ ton

If the final weight exceeds the included amount, we'll notify you before charging any additional fees.

To secure your reservation, payment is required when your booking is confirmed.

This guarantees your trailer will be reserved for your requested dates.

If your project includes disposal service and the final disposal weight exceeds the amount included in your rental:

1. The disposal facility confirms the final weight.

2. We calculate the additional charges.

3. We notify you of the amount.

4. The credit card on file is charged only after you've been notified.

If you think you'll need the trailer longer than expected, contact us as soon as possible.

If the trailer isn't already reserved for another customer, we'll gladly extend your rental.

Additional rental charges will apply.

The trailer should only be used by the customer who rented it unless prior arrangements have been made with H&W.
